Holistic Nurse & Yoga Therapy Practitioner

Rebecca has been practising yoga since 2000 in the Viniyoga tradition. Whilst strength, flexibility, improved posture and breathing all result from yoga practice there is also a deeper sense of well-being that yoga brings. Rebecca's many years of study, personal practice and therapeutic approach help guide you in a friendly and accessible way. She is skilled at adapting postures to your needs and working with people with illness or pain.

Rebecca is also a practising nurse and offers a phlebotomy clinic.


Emma Bailey


 

Bowen Therapist, Dr Hauschka Esthetician and Senior Holistic Practitioner

Emma is a qualified Bowen Therapist, Dr. Hauschka Esthetician and Beauty Therapist who has gone on to study many healing holistic therapies including Shamanic Healing, Reiki and Bowen Therapy.

Emma has seen some fantastic results from her healing therapies and is an true expert in her field

 

 

 




Amy Dalgleish


Acupuncturist

Amy practises Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), providing acupuncture treatments which may also include acupressure massage, cupping and moxibustion.  Amy spent three years studying for her BSc (Hons) Acupuncture degree at The University Of Lincoln, graduating in 2007. Immediately after graduating she became a member of The British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).

 

 


Rebecca Cartledge


Becky has been teaching and guiding movement for over 25 years. She gained a BA Hons in Sport Studies, became a Personal Trainer and alongside an array of fitness certificates, she trained with Michael King at the Pilates Institute in London.

More recently she discovered Strala Yoga and became a certified 200hrs guide. She continues her studies with Burrell Education and the 3rd age certificate (studying the peri to post menopause transition) and she is looking forward to becoming a Reiki practioner in 2023.

Becky’s purpose is simply to help people feel better. She works in a bespoke, intuitive way. She draws from her qualifications, experience, continual study and being in nature, to create an experience that supports individuals to move in a way which feels good to them.
