1) Simply complete the form below to register.

Email us your certificate and copy of your insurance to dispensary@orchardbarn.co.uk and send us your own branded labels if you would like us to use this on your patient prescriptions.

2. Once received we will set up your account, we will send you a full list of all the herbs available, now you can start ordering prescriptions for your patients.

3. All charges are listed on the form which we will send you including the discount we offer off the Dr Sally's Botanicals products.

4. After your consultation, you can prepare your prescription (including dosage) by filling in our order form and email it to dispensary@orchardbarn.co.uk we will need your patients name and address, we will raise an invoice which we will email to you for payment (payment link on invoice)

5.  When we have received payment, we will prepare your patients prescription it will be labelled using your label (if preferred) and as per your instructions, it will be in a glass bottle, carefully packed and sent to your patient first class post. Please allow up to 3 working days for the package to be sent once payment has been received.
