Nathalie has a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of West London and a BSc (Hon) in Psychology. She is a BANT Registered Nutritionist working in the community and a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, (CNHC). Nathalie takes a functional approach in practice, drawing on evidence-based research to provide dietary advice.
She attended and completed the Institute for Functional Medicine AFMCP-UK training in London in 2017 and is on the IFM Certification program. She has completed IFM Advanced Practice Modules in GI, Cardiometabolic, Environmental Health, Hormone and BioEnergetics. She is competent in understanding and interpreting DNA results and is certified as a Nutrigenetic counsellor (NgC).
As a BANT registered Nutritionist, Nathalie is regularly invited to speak in spas, schools and corporate settings, running workshops and cooking demonstrations. She has a passion for the practical elements, running cooking demonstrations/classes for both adults and children. Nathalie also has experience in developing menus and diet plans; contributes to magazines, radio (CFM radio), newsletters and most recently her own food blog, Nutritiously Natty. Her real passion is working with brands in recipe development, combined with her goal to learn the skills of food photography!
