Upcoming Group Sessions:
A Functional Medicine Approach to Menopause - covering how to balance hormones and support perimenopause and menopause using nutrition, lifestyle and holistic medicine. The science behind hormone balance and how stress effects hormones and the benefits and issues of using HRT and BHRT. With our health coach, nutrition team and Dr Sally Moorcroft these group sessions will work with you to educate and support you.
Mindfulness Skills and Mindfulness for Self Compassion – with Dr Sandra McCutcheon, a highly experienced Mindfulness teacher, with a first class MSc degree in Mindfulness and a wonderful gentle approach to supporting your mindfulness practice.

Yoga Therapy with Rebecca
Rebecca will initially talk to you about your health, any medications you are taking, physical aches and pains and emotional aspects of your personality. In addition to this a daily yoga practise will be created specifically for you. Following on from the initial assessment you may wish to continue to see Rebecca weekly, monthly or as the seasons change. Whether you would like rehab post surgery or have complex medical needs yoga therapy can help. It has been shown to be very effective for chronic illness such as COPD, diabetes, hypertension, anxiety/depression and chronic pain.
